NCネットワークファクトリーは、2025年2月19日(水)から21日(金)　東京ビッグサイトにて開催されます「水素・燃料電池展 H2＆FC EXPO」に出展いたします。

今回もHVをはじめ燃料電池自動車や自動運転などの次世代自動車に使われる部品加工技術や事例を展示いたします。弊社NCネットワークファクトリー、ならびに、大日光・エンジニアリング、クライム・ワークスによる3社共同出展となります。どうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

NC Network Factory will exhibit at the H2 & FC EXPO (Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Expo) to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from February 19 (Wed.) to 21 (Fri.), 2025.

We will again be exhibiting our parts machining technologies and case studies used in next-generation vehicles, including HVs, fuel cell vehicles, and automated driving. This will be a joint exhibition by NC Network Factory, Dai Nikko Engineering, and Climb Works. We look forward to seeing you there.

NCネットワークファクトリーは、東京・麹町本社事務所に、このたび新型３DプリンターRaise3D Pro3 Plus HS　を導入いたしました。今回導入したものは日本３Ｄプリンター株式会社の最新モデルです。これまで社内で活用してきました3Dプリンター(Flashforge Guider2) より、３Dプリントのきめが細かいため、精密なつくりのサンプルも見やすくなりました。

NC ネットワークファクトリーでは、新規の案件について、頂いた3Dデータをもとにいったん３Dプリントを行います。画面だけでは確認しづらい形状は特にその生技性の確認に活用します。例えば、量産の金型設計が可能か、機械加工が可能かなどの複数の観点で専門のエンジニアが検討を行います。設計者様の目指す機能を満たすことを大前提に、量産性の改善、つまり、廉価で品質安定の二刀流をいつも目指します。

原理試作からプロトタイプ、量産図完成まで長い道のりがあるかと思いますが、そういった初期段階からの案件もNCネットワークファクトリーでお手伝いすることが可能です。お気軽にご依頼下さい。

NC Network Factory is pleased to announce the installation of a new 3D printer, Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS, at its headquarters office in Kojimachi, Tokyo, Japan.This is the latest model from Japan 3D Printer Co. The new 3D printer has a finer 3D printing surface than our conventional 3D printer (Flashforge Guider2), which makes it easier to view samples of precise manufacturing.

NC Network Factory performs 3D printing based on the 3D data received for new projects.　This is especially useful for confirming the feasibility of the shape, which is difficult to confirm only on the screen. For example, our specialized engineers will examine from multiple perspectives, such as whether it is possible to design a mold for mass production and whether machining is possible.　Our goal is always to improve mass production, in other words, to achieve low cost and stable quality, with the basic premise of satisfying the designer’s desired functionality.
