NCネットワークに掲載されている1万5,000社の豊富な企業データーベースの中にある得意・特異技術とのマッチングをNCネットワークファクトリーがお客様のニーズに合わせてオフラインで行ないます。常時100社前後の加工委託先をベースに、お客様の要請や必要に応じて新規の加工委託先を増強しております。
実際に成約となった場合の部品・製品の納入、代金決済、品質保証を、NCネットワークファクトリーが責任を持って行います。お客様は、NCネットワークファクトリーとのお取引口座一本で、最大15,000社のネットワークを駆使した調達が可能となります。
量産に関しては、試作イベントを通じて標準化帳票類（工程品質管理表、作業標準等）の整備、FMEA、工程能力（CpCpk)、ロット管理、トレーサビリティ確認、品質に影響する変化点の管理、過去トラの反映など品熟活動を行います。
量産開始後は、フォーキャストと最適な在庫管理、量産終了後のサービス部品対応など、お客様の要請に応じて、企業連携の形態でいながら大手のTier1量産メーカーと変わらぬ対応を行なっております。
変化への対応
例えば金属部品が軽量化のため樹脂化したり、その逆に金属化したり、あるいは、試作段階から量産段階に移行しても、そこまでの経緯を良く知るNCネットワークファクトリーが責任を持って対応します。お客様は、取引先を一から変える面倒な作業もなく、最適な部品調達（最短での試作手配や量産立上げ）が可能になります。
海外対応
お客様が海外で生産し現地の市場に供給される場合、汎用的な加工技術の部品であれば、もっとも立地が近い取引先より部品調達すべきと考えます。設計変更や生産計画の変更、想定外のトラブルなどはモノづくりにつきものであり、距離的に近ければ近いほど変化への対応が可能になります。
しかしながら、日本中小製造業が誇る加工技術や品質、モノづくりへの想いは世界の市場からもニーズがあります。
NCネットワークファクトリーでは2012年に設立したNCネットワークアメリカを通じて日本の良質な加工部品を北米のお客様に供給しております。オハイオ州コロンバスの倉庫（米国日新様）では、現地の米国サプライヤーと変わらないミルクランでの量産部品供給を行っております。
アジアでは、親会社の株式会社大日光・エンジニアリングやFNA（ファクトリーネットワークアジア）の協力のもと中国やタイなどアジアでの部品生産委託も可能です。弊社スタッフは、日本語、英語、中国語、韓国語の対応が可能です。

Our nationwide network of 15,000 manufacturers enables parts procurement regardless of location, business type, industry, or company size.
By connecting with a large number of small and medium-sized manufacturers through a single account, we can expand the range of parts procurement, including spot parts, ultra-short lead times, small-volume mass production, and VA by changing production methods.
2) Supplementing shortages with the know-how of NC Network Factory
In response to customer requirements from a wide variety of industries and manufacturers, if there is a shortage of human, material, capital, or equipment, the NC Network Factory will supplement production technology and quality assurance by making full use of its in-house know-how and corporate partnerships to realize flexible, reliable, and inexpensive manufacturing while maintaining delivery dates and quality.

Balance between abundance of choice and quality assurance
The NC Network Factory matches customers’ needs offline with the specialized and unique technologies in the NC Network’s extensive database of 15,000 companies. We always have around 100 companies as contractors, and we are constantly adding new contractors as needed and requested by customers.
NC Network Factory is responsible for the delivery of parts and products, payment, and quality assurance in the event that a contract is actually concluded. Customers can procure from a network of up to 15,000 companies through a single account with NC Network Factory.
For mass production, NC Network Factory will conduct product maturity activities, such as preparation of standardized forms (process quality control charts, work standards, etc.), FMEA, process capability (CpCpk), lot control, traceability confirmation, management of changes that affect quality, and reflection of past trades through trial production events.
After the start of mass production, we provide the same support as a major Tier 1 mass production manufacturer, including forecasting, optimal inventory management, and service parts support after the end of mass production, in response to customer requests, even in the form of corporate collaboration.
Responding to changes
For example, if a metal part is converted to resin to reduce weight, or vice versa, or if a prototype is shifted to the mass production stage, NC Network Factory, which is well versed in the process up to that point, will responsibly handle the change. Customers do not have to go through the hassle of changing suppliers from scratch, and can procure the most suitable parts (shortest possible time to arrange prototypes and start up mass production).
Overseas Support
When a customer manufactures a product overseas and supplies it to the local market, we believe that if the parts are of general-purpose processing technology, they should be procured from the supplier located closest to the customer. Design changes, changes in production plans, and unexpected problems are common in manufacturing, and the closer the distance, the better able the company is to respond to changes.
However, there is a need in the global market for the processing technology, quality, and commitment to monozukuri that Japanese small- and medium-sized manufacturers are proud of.
NC Network Factory supplies high-quality machined parts from Japan to customers in North America through NC Network America, which was established in 2012. At our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio (for Nisshin U.S.A.), we supply mass-produced parts in milk runs that are no different from those of local U.S. suppliers.
In Asia, we can also outsource parts production in China, Thailand, and other Asian countries with the cooperation of our parent companies, Dainichikoh & Engineering Inc. and FNA (Factory Network Asia). Our staff can speak Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean.
