Backed by technical capabilities and experience
Our staff with expertise in processing technologies such as aluminum casting, injection molding, machining, and surface treatment, production technologies including molds, as well as mass production quality assurance and overseas trading, will help you find the best solution to your problems.
Balance between a wide range of options and quality assurance
NC Network Factory will match the best and most unique technologies in the database of 18,000 companies listed on NC Network offline according to the customer’s needs. We always have a base of about 100 contractors, and we add new contractors as needed.
If a contract is actually signed, NC Network Factory takes responsibility for the delivery of parts and products, payment, and quality assurance. Customers can procure parts from a network of up to 18,000 companies through a single account with NC Network Factory.
In terms of mass production, NC Network Factory conducts proficiency activities such as preparation of standardized forms (process quality control chart, work standards, etc.), FMEA, process capability (CpCpk), lot management, traceability confirmation, management of changes that affect quality, and reflection of past experience through prototype events.
After the start of mass production, we provide the same level of support as a major Tier 1 mass production manufacturer, including forecasting, optimal inventory management, and service parts after the end of mass production, in response to customer requests, even though it is a form of corporate collaboration.
Responding to changes
For example, if a metal part is converted to plastic to reduce weight, or vice versa, or if a part is moved from the prototype stage to the mass production stage, NC Network Factory, which is well versed in the process, will take responsibility for handling the change. The customer does not have to go through the hassle of changing suppliers from scratch, and can procure the most suitable parts (shortest possible time for prototyping and mass production).
When a customer manufactures overseas and supplies to the local market, if the parts are of general processing technology, we believe that the parts should be procured from the nearest supplier.
Design changes, production plan changes, and unexpected problems are inherent in manufacturing, and the closer the distance, the better the ability to respond to changes.
However, there is a need in the global market for the processing technology, quality, and commitment to manufacturing that small and medium-sized Japanese manufacturers take pride in.
NC Network Factory supplies high quality machined parts from Japan to customers in North America through NC Network America, which was established in 2012. At our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio (operated by NISSIN International Transport America), we supply mass-produced parts with the same milk run as our local US suppliers.
In Asia, we can also outsource the production of parts in China, Thailand and other Asian countries with the cooperation of our parent company, DI Nikko Engineering Corporation and FNA (Factory Network Asia). Our staff can speak Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean.
Based on ISO 9001, which we acquired in 2001, we have built a corporate culture of corporate management based on international standards and constant improvement through the PDCA cycle, and are striving to comply with customer requirements and improve customer satisfaction.
We will continue to improve our corporate culture as a member of society through green procurement and recycling.
Our staff members are engaged in their work not only as a job, but also as a member of society, with a desire to contribute to the creation of new products for our customers, without forgetting the gratitude that manufacturing has solved many social problems and given us a lot of joy in the past.
We are more than happy when a new product that we were involved in is released to the world.
